The cuisine of Auckland

The cuisine of Auckland has been derived from various sources, most especially British and Māori. The best cuisine from Auckland stresses on the quality and freshness of vegetables, fruits and sea food. Similar to the cuisine of Australia, the cuisine of New Zealand is based on the British style of cooking and also influenced with Mediterranean and Pacific Rim.
